Yes, COD is available. However, the courier charges must be paid in advance before we dispatch your order. This is because we have to pay the courier company upfront for both the forward delivery and any return charges in case a delivery attempt fails. Once we receive the advance courier payment, we dispatch your order the same or next day.

Payment is done via our company UPI / QR code. Once you confirm your order, we will share our QR code or UPI ID on WhatsApp. After payment is confirmed, we prepare your order and send you the tracking details.

Shipping charges depend on your location and the total weight of the order. Please send us your pincode on WhatsApp and we will calculate the exact shipping cost before you confirm the order. There are no hidden charges — everything is shared upfront.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is typically dispatched the next day. We will send you the tracking ID and courier name on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is booked with the courier. You can then track your order in real time.

Please share your complete delivery address including house or flat number, street name, area, city, state, pincode, and a nearby landmark. A proper address with a landmark ensures smooth and timely delivery without any issues.
