How we ship
Fabtech Apparels dispatches from our unit in Gandhi Nagar, Delhi. We ship across India through registered courier partners.
Shipping charges
Shipping is charged separately from the price of the goods, and is paid in advance. The amount depends on the delivery pincode and the weight of the order, so we confirm the exact shipping cost with you before the order is packed. We do not add a margin to it.
Payment
The cost of the goods can be paid on delivery. The shipping charge is collected in advance, which is what allows us to book the courier and dispatch.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier once the shipping advance is received and the order is confirmed. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and the courier’s own timelines.
Tracking
We share the tracking details on WhatsApp once the order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking, message us and we will send it.
GST invoice
We are a GST registered manufacturer. If you need a GST invoice, tell us before the bill is made and share your GSTIN and registered business name. GST is charged at 5% on the invoice and is not included in the per piece price.
