Cancelling an order
What is possible depends on where your order has reached in our process.
Before packing
The order can be cancelled and the shipping advance is refunded in full.
After packing, before dispatch
The order can still be cancelled. A packing charge of approximately Rs 50 is deducted and the balance is refunded, usually within about 4 working days.
After dispatch
Once the courier has collected the order we cannot cancel it. We will share the tracking details so you can follow the delivery.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as early as you can. The sooner you tell us, the more likely the order is still at a stage where it can be stopped.
