Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
You can order from 3 pieces directly on this website. For wholesale slab pricing we work with larger quantities — message us on WhatsApp with your volume and we will confirm the rate.
Do you offer better rates on bulk?
Yes. Rates improve with quantity. Send us the style and number of pieces and we will quote the applicable slab.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. You can mix sizes and colours within the same style.
Payment
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes. The goods value is payable as cash on delivery. The shipping charge is collected in advance because courier cost depends on your pincode and the parcel weight.
How do I pay the advance?
We send a secure payment link. You can pay by UPI, card or net banking through it.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Share your GSTIN and registered business name and we will raise a GST invoice against the order.
Products
Are the t-shirts plain or printed?
Our core business is plain blanks for you to print. Custom printing, embroidery and private labelling can be arranged — ask us for feasibility and pricing on your artwork.
Which fabric should I choose?
For price-sensitive online reselling, the polyester round neck is the most economical. For premium or brand use, choose the 210–220 GSM or 240 GSM cotton oversized styles. For corporate and uniform orders, the honeycomb matty polo is the usual pick.
Will the sizes be consistent?
Yes. Garments are pre-shrunk and cut to a fixed size chart, so measurements stay consistent between batches. If anything looks off, send photos and our team will resolve it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–7 days across India from the date of dispatch. You receive a tracking ID as soon as the parcel leaves our unit.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, pan-India. Shipping is quoted per order based on your pincode and the total weight.
Can I cancel an order?
If it has not been packed yet, we cancel and refund the advance. Once packed, a small packing charge applies. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but we share the tracking so you can follow it.
